The Gilt House Estate boasts a vibrant, well tended and award-winning Kitchen Garden. Our dedicated green fingered team grow delicious fruit, vegetables and herbs which can be picked and on your plate in a jiffy.
We have invested the last two years and a lot of love in restoring a once derelict walled garden into a thriving space which is home to a variety of full flavored, organic crops and colourful floral displays.
A feast for the senses, the Kitchen Garden not only provides a culinary adventure, it is also place to relax and unwind.
KITCHEN GARDEN
Our passion is food and providing our clients with mouthwatering, locally sourced and seasonal catering options. From our all time favourites like spit roasts to wood fired pizzas, paellas and freshly created summer salads, we have a vast array of mobile catering and bar options for outdoor events.
For Gilt in the Gardens and more formal events, we have a preferred list of suppliers that are able to cater for substantial seated gourmet dinners and canapé receptions, which are more suited to weddings and corporate clients.
